RUSTORE®はテックワン株式会社が開発した透湿防水膜（メンブレン）の総称。
高品質・高機能を追求したポリウレタンフィルムを自社で生産し、張り合わせる技術です。
メンブレンすべてに求められる「透湿防水性」はもちろん、ポリウレタン基材の特徴である「伸縮性」に当社独自の技術を重ねたラインナップで、日常のカジュアルウエアから、ハードな環境下で着用するアウトドア衣料まで、幅広く活用できます。
湿式技法で作られる厚み30～35μmのポリウレタン超微多孔フィルムです。そのなかには、連通した超微細にして均一な気孔（0.3～3μm）が無数（約50万個／平方インチ）に存在し、この穴を通して蒸気を逃がします。気孔が微細なるが故に耐水圧も非常に高く、蒸気透過性と防水性の相反する機能を併せ持っています。また、気孔が生み出すのは透湿防水性だけでなく、通気の役割を果たしています。気孔周辺は疎水化され、耐久性、伸縮性に優れており、着心地の良さを追求したメンブレンです。
RUSTORE® FGX is a microporous, hydrophobic PU Lamination technology that combines an extremely high level of waterproofness with a superior level of moisture permeability performance.This microporous lamination is composed of numerous microscopic holes(about 500,000/sq'inch), each with a diameter of less than 0.3~3 microns.It is extremely flexible and will sustain it's durability, even under the most severe conditions.
Due to the overall construction of our microporus lamination, we are able to maintain a suitable level of air permeabilitywhile still ensuring excellent water resistance.

乾式技法で作られる厚み約20μmのポリウレタン無孔フィルムです。
非常にうすく、ソフトでしなやかなフィルムですが、防水性、防風性、透湿性に優れています。無孔フィルムの透湿性の原理はフィルム内部の親水基にあります。ウェア着用時に発汗すると、ウェア内部の蒸気濃度が高くなります。するとこの親水基が水分を取り込み蒸気濃度の低いウェア外部へ移行させるのです。この働きにより常に快適なコンディションを保ちます。
RUSTORE® SGX provides us with a technology that has excellent breathability and a high level of waterproofness.
RUSTORE® SGX is a very soft monolithic PU Lamination that can transport moisture from the inside of the garment to the outer face fabric due to the ultra thin film's(10~25microns)polymer molecular movement.
RUSTORE® SGX will guarantee a high level of windproofness, waterproofness and breathability, regardless of the face fabric used.

ルストレ®ＳＧＸの特徴を継承しながら、さらなる快適性を求めて薄く進化させた無孔透湿性ポリウレタンフィルムです。
従来の無孔フィルムと比較して、非常に高い透湿性能（JIS L 1099 B-1 : 150,000g/m2.24h）を持ち、薄膜化によりさらなる軽量化とソフトな風合いを実現しました。ＳＧＸ-βは環境に配慮したフッ素フリー製法にて製造しています。
